1. Input, process, and track customer orders using SAP and Excel, and backup order data for archival purposes.
2. Provide PI, shipping documents, assist sales staff in managing shipments, and handle shipping matters.
3. Assist sales staff in handling internal administrative tasks related to sales operations.
4. Import /Export Document handling and management, including do copy, scan, send via email
5. Import declare for courier shipment
6. Support shipping to complete job in time and successfully.
7. Any relevant tasks and issues as required
Secure a high Customer service fulfilling the demands under consideration to economic and logistics relations.
Follow the targets (KPI) setup for the Company, the department and the personally goals.
To support Shipping, handle the import and export process, in order to meet the in and out delivery requirement.
